R. Paci, R.Ph. Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer. Using PharmaReturns’ services, today’s clients are achieving superior returns options with a dramatic ROI. This fulfills Mr. Paci’s vision in founding the company. Mr. Paci previously was Vice President of Information Systems at Rx Returns, Inc., where he designed, implemented and managed the company’s hardware and software technologies. Mr. Paci joined Rx Returns after the acquisition of his private company, T-Med Group, Inc., which provided temporary pharmacy and nursing personnel, and developed automated business systems for temporary health care service companies. Mr. Paci’s background also includes Director of Pharmacy Services at Hospital Central Services, Inc. where he designed and implemented a full service computerized pharmacy group purchasing system. He also served in various management roles for William H. Rorer, Inc. Areas of experience during tenure included unit management for all phases of operations for specialized liquid manufacturing, and implementation and management of start-up operations for newly acquired line of liquid products. Mr. Paci began his career as a pharmacist for various health care providers. Mr. Paci holds a BS in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science and is a register pharmacist in Pennsylvania. Clifford H. Harze Vice President of Operations. Mr. Harze brings with him more than 30 years of leadership experience during his tenure at Merck & Co., Inc. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager of Distribution Services where he was responsible for developing and implementing various productivity and quality improvements for domestic and international vaccine distribution of $1B. He was also responsible for productivity, security and compliance support of pharmaceutical facility and cold chain operations. Mr. Harze was instrumental in the development of the first ever web-based worldwide cold chain management computer system and responsible for two new state-of-the-art pharmaceutical distribution centers’ security, environmental compliance and controlled room temperature validation. As Branch Manager of the Somerset, NJ, distribution center, he was responsible for facility operations, distribution, credit, and customer service. There, Mr. Harze was responsible for the installation of a pick-to-light system and A-frame automation technology which improved throughput by over 200% and reduced manpower requirements by 90% respectively. Prior to Merck, he served in the United States Army with the rank of Captain. Mr. Harze holds a BS in Agronomy from Pennsylvania State University. Kirk E. Yurchak, Ph.D. Vice President of Information Systems and Chief Information Officer. Dr. Yurchak contributes an extensive background of computer technology and research and development skills to the corporation. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Yurchak served as an independent systems consultant, specializing in the customized design and development of software systems, including client/server databases, Windows, networking, and knowledge-based systems. As a senior systems consultant to Almedica Technology Group, Inc., a software vendor specializing in pharmaceutical clinical trial software applications, he designed, developed and deployed inventory and distribution systems that currently run overseas. He served as a consultant to Rx Returns, Inc. and developed the company’s primary software system used to automate the laborious process of returning expired pharmaceuticals. During his experience with Rx Returns, Dr. Yurchak was also systems consultant to Origination Alternatives, Inc. (OAI). Responsibilities there included the design and implementation of new software systems pertaining to the mortgage banking industry, along with the management of a development staff. Prior to this, Dr. Yurchak served as a research assistant at Lehigh University and was key in the development of MIDAS (Merck Intelligent Digital Archive System), which was developed for Merck & Co., Inc. Dr. Yurchak holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Lehigh University. John T. Connerty Trade Consultant. Mr. Connerty is the President of Jack Connerty & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in establishing innovative business alliances within the pharmaceutical industry. His knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry coupled with the relationships developed over the course of more than 20 years in sales management uniquely position him to provide guidance and counsel on a variety of issues inherent in today’s complex business environment. Since beginning his consulting practice, he has been engaged in market development for reverse logistics companies including: The Ballantine Group, Universal Solutions International, Inc., and Stericycle, Inc. In addition to his experience in reverse logistics, Mr. Connerty provides market development and diversity consulting. Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Mr. Connerty enjoyed a highly successful executive/sales management career at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, including his most recent position as Vice President, Corporate Trade Development. Representing both the pharmaceutical and consumer divisions, he was the corporate link to senior executives of major customers for the purpose of building profitable business alliances. Mr. Connerty was instrumental in developing trade policies and programs critical to the company’s success. Prior to his role in trade development, Mr. Connerty spent the majority of his career in sales management. He began as a Sales Representative and rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Sales of Rorer’s U.S. Pharmaceutical Division. He was responsible for the overall management and development of a 500 person sales force. Under his direction, the sales force consistently achieved sales forecast and market share objectives. Mr. Connerty is also an attorney who has been admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Mr. Connerty holds a BS in Economics from Holy Cross College and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. |
